Our Story
At R² Consulting Partners, we’re inspired by the challenges and aspirations of social ventures striving to make a difference. After hearing firsthand from social entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders about the pressing need for financial and operational support, we saw an opportunity to help these mission-driven organizations bridge a critical gap. Many founders want to focus on growth and impact but don’t yet have the resources to bring on experienced executives who can elevate their organization.
We founded R² Consulting Partners to bring the level of expertise that capacity-constrained organizations need to succeed. With deep financial and operational experience across corporate and nonprofit sectors, coupled with our commitment to social impact, we bring a unique perspective to help social ventures thrive in an evolving landscape.

Robyn Rogin
Robyn Rogin is an accomplished banking and nonprofit executive with over two decades of experience managing complex investment portfolios, designing transformative programs, and building successful teams. Her career includes pivotal leadership roles at Wells Fargo, where she served as Head of the Credit Investment Portfolio, leading a team that managed the bank’s $100 billion proprietary portfolio of corporate, municipal, and securitized assets. Prior to managing the portfolio, she served as its Chief Credit Officer, leading the development of the credit risk management function and overseeing significant asset growth through the Great Recession. Later, as a strategic advisor to Wells Fargo’s Chief Social Impact & Sustainability Officer, she helped shape the Foundation’s philanthropic strategy.
In the nonprofit sector, Robyn brought her expertise to Pacific Community Ventures (PCV), an organization empowering entrepreneurs in underserved communities. As Director of Lending and later Senior Director of Fund Innovation, she led the creation and management of multiple impact loan funds, and advanced key fundraising and strategic partnerships. She also advises founders of early-stage startups, on topics including capital raising, strategic planning, leadership development and others.
Robyn is a solution-oriented leader recognized for her strategic and financial acumen, operational excellence, and commitment to economic justice. Inspired by insights from social entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders seeking deeper financial and operational expertise, Robyn launched R² Consulting Partners to fill this critical need.
